LATTICELast updated: May 13, 2026. These terms apply when you download, install, issue a plugin token, or use LATTICE beta features.
ScapeLab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the LATTICE beta plugin for music production, sound design, evaluation, and related creative work. ScapeLab retains ownership of the plugin, website, service code, brand assets, and documentation.
You may use audio, compositions, and saved presets you create with LATTICE in personal or commercial music projects. You are responsible for how you use exported sounds, project files, and any third-party material in your work.
The normal synth core is intended to remain free. Cloud AI features use account access, plugin tokens, and daily beta quota. ScapeLab may adjust AI quota, model behavior, token rules, or future paid AI credit options as the service evolves.
Plugin tokens are for your own account and devices. You may not sell, share, publish, reverse engineer, bypass, overload, scrape, or attack the account, quota, token, website, or AI service systems. ScapeLab may revoke tokens or suspend access if abuse is detected.
AI generation and refine features send required service records, including prompts and returned parameters, to operate and improve the beta. Optional preset snapshot collection may also apply. The current data boundaries are described in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy PolicyLATTICE beta is provided as is and may contain bugs, compatibility limits, changing features, or service interruptions. ScapeLab does not guarantee that LATTICE will work in every DAW, operating system, plugin format, project, or production environment.
You may not redistribute the plugin, copy the service, remove notices, misrepresent ownership, use LATTICE to violate law or third-party rights, or use automated systems to consume AI quota outside the intended plugin workflow.
ScapeLab may update these terms during beta. Continued use of LATTICE after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the plugin token and cloud AI features.
